Refund and Return Policy
Due to the nature of alcoholic products, refunds are only permitted where items are damaged,
defective, or incorrect.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
